This weekend is the Super Bowl, and I know many people are planning their parties, and looking to have a feast. This post will have all of your party needs, and some tips on how to pull off a successful event! That being said, my husband says I tend to go overboard in my party planning, but honestly I just enjoy making people happy!
Normally Super Bowl Sunday is spent eating snacks. But might I suggest a tasty soup to accompany all of that snacking? And the perfect soups for that occasion, you ask. Well I would say Chili or a tasty Buffalo Soup.
My Two-Day Chili does not have to take to days. In fact you can make it the night before and be perfectly fine (just use canned beans). If you want to serve this as a snack, instead of a meal, purchase some Scoops, and fill with the Chili, and serve. You’re guests will keep eating, I promise!
And what is a party without some Buffalo “Chicken” Soup? Wings are a common Game Day snack, but why not have them in a soup! I recommend doubling, or even tripling this recipe, because your guests are going to be going back for seconds or thirds!
Finger food is a must when you have people over for game day! And maybe throw in a few fancy appetizers too! I mean you need to please those who don’t enjoy the big game as well.
Who doesn’t love Guacamole? I mean it is such a great dip for game day! And it will go great on top of those Chili Chip Cups that you may or may not make. Or just serve with chips on the side, and let your guests get to snacking!
Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, are the quintessential game day food! And the best part is that you can change the sauce to any type you want! Make half Buffalo and the other half with BBQ Sauce, the choice is yours!
And to class up the party a bit, how about some Stuffed Mushrooms! These are one of my favorite things to make for any party!
Finishing it Up:
No matter who you are rooting for on game day, remember to have some fun! And comment telling me what your favorite game day food is! Maybe you will see it on the blog sometime in the future! If you make anything please use #veganfakingood on the post!
